Government Loans in Macomb County for Housing Repairs-ZERO INTEREST!

It's almost spring, you have sat around all winter long thinking about repairs that your home may need.  You know what the list has on it, repair roof, new furnace, and the list goes on, and on...One huge problem, no MONEY!...Sure you are current on your mortgage payments, homeowners insurance and property tax payments.  That still does not solve your problem of lack of funds and no money.  O.K. here it is...the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is offering certain areas of Macomb County deferred, zero-interest loans of up to $20,000.00.  The program is called the "Home Repair Assistance" program, and certain communities are eligible.
